International stars expected in the Tonhalle Zurich

The Advance ticket sales has begun: On September 24, the big European Culture Prize Gala will be hosted in the Tonhalle Zurich. This is the first time that the coveted TAURUS will be awarded in Switzerland, which is not a member of the EU but makes an important contribution to European culture. Once again, many international stars gather in the hall at the gala to celebrate the unifying power of culture, above all the hosts of the evening: the Tonhalle Orchestra Zurich with its music director Paavo Järvi.

In addition, world-famous music stars are honored who are among the best in their field: in addition to the internationally celebrated cellist Sol Gabetta and the sought-after interpreter of Wagner and Strauss, Camilla Nylund, Bryn Terfel, who only recently became a chamber singer at the Vienna State Opera, will also be a guest was appointed.
