In the immediate vicinity of the wonderful backdrop of Lake Zurich, rehearsals for our evening gala are currently underway. Nigel Kennedy has always been enthusiastic about the Zurich Tonhalle Orchestra and has already kissed the first desks of his violin colleagues out of respect. Sol Gabetta, the brightly shining sun in the heaven of cellists, has already completed her rehearsal. Everyone is looking forward to the presentation of the European Culture Awards with great excitement. It's going to be big!
