Happy faces among the award winners, stormy applause and standing ovations in front of a sold-out house: two days before the European elections, the gala for the awarding of the European Cultural Awards in the Luxembourg Philharmonic was a great triumph for culture and European understanding in equal measure. In the presence of Their Royal Highnesses, the Grand Ducal Couple Henri and Teresa of Luxembourg, and the main partner Klemens Hallmann, owner of the Viennese HALLMANN HOLDING, a total of eleven European Cultural Prizes were awarded.

This year they not only honored remarkable artistic personalities, but also great initiatives to promote young musicians and social commitment. This year, for the first time in its history, the gala was hosted in Luxembourg, right in the center of Europe. The next time it will take place on May 9, 2025 in Chemnitz, the European Capital of Culture 2025.
