The European Promotion Award Next Generation stands for visibility of change and innovative projects. With which ideas do young start-ups and founders inspire our economy with their sustainable business models? Which innovations are ready for the market and can establish themselves on the market? And which pioneering projects support necessary transformations in our society?
The Covid crisis is a stress test for the digital infrastructure throughout Europe. Schools and universities in particular are facing major educational and technical challenges here.
The European Promotion Award Next Generation 2021 focuses on networked schools, virtual classrooms and adaptive learning. Digital learning concepts can improve school teaching, increase learning success and make more efficient use of limited teaching capacities. But digital teaching is more than just bringing technology into classrooms. What is needed here are holistic solutions consisting of infrastructure, automated processes and organizational structures, as well as innovative learning content that makes modern teaching possible.
Which European start-ups, projects and innovative application programs are shaping the school of tomorrow and are exemplary for the digital transformation in the European school and education sector? We call on founders and project initiators: submit your business models and learning concepts that reinvent the classroom 4.0.
An expert jury will decide on the awardees of the European Promotion Award Next Generation‘s competition.
From now on, young entrepreneurs, project initiators, founders, experienced providers or application companies in the field of digital education and start-ups from all over Europe who meet the conditions of application can apply.
The European Promotion Award Next Generation will be presented on Saturday, August 28, 2021, as part of the European Cultural Awards Ceremony at the Bonn Opera House. The award will be presented by the patron of the award, Barbara Meier.
